Custom Field Missing in WordPress 3.1?

So you have just upgraded to WordPress 3.1 and you found that the Custom Fields have gone! Probably you panicked and thought the custom field has gone missing in the latest version of WordPress. Do NOT panic because WordPress would not remove Custom Fields just like that from your favorite blogging platform.

If you are not able to see the custom fields option in your WordPress Add New or Edit page, it simply means that it is not shown in your screen. To get it back on screen, you need to click on the “Screen Options” slide button (look for it at the right corner of your screen in Add New or Edit page, just below the L0gout link). There you go! You can bring the custom fields back on screen now.
